Following the rumours of Chinese interest in purchasing U.S. ethanol, it has now been confirmed by ADM and others that China did in fact buy 200 million gallons for shipment during the first half of 2021. These purchases already exceed those made in 2016 that totalled 198 million gallons, which was also the last time
