Crushing reaches optimum levels as the break for Chinese New Year approaches
The cane crush continues to proceed well, whilst beet factories are closing as the beet campaign draws to a close. It is expected that beet processing will end by Chinese New Year which falls on January 22nd, and precedes a fortnight of holidays.
