India’s troubled mills were pinning their hopes on Niti Ayog’s sugar taskforce, expecting it will somehow help end their financial predicament. But they are in for a big disappointment. The task force doesn’t offer anything new, and worse, advises to continue with the ad hoc policies that actually have been responsible ruining the financial health
